GAC “KAPTURING A LOVE SONG WITH KATIE ARMIGER” SWEEPSTAKES TO KICK OFF TODAY Katie Armiger is GAC’s February Artist of the Month
February 2, 2009 – Have you ever dreamed of being a songwriter? Now is your chance, rising country artist Katie Armiger and Great American Country (GAC) are teaming up for a nationwide sweepstakes entitled “Kapturing A Love Song with Katie Armiger,” where a grand prize winner will be chosen and flown to Nashville for a writing and recording session with Katie. The “Kapturing A Love Song with Katie Armiger is one of the most unique sweepstakes ever offered.
It kicks off today and runs through Friday, February 27th. Fans 18 years and older can enter at www.GACTV.com to win a chance to write a love song with Katie that will be made available on iTunes. “It is such an honor to be GAC’s Artist of the Month and I am so thankful for all of their support. And to top it all off I get to team up with them for this sweepstakes, it’s just so exciting for me,” said Katie. “I cannot wait to see who I get to write a love song with. It’s going to be so much fun.”

Katie Armiger is GAC’s February Artist of the Month and as part of their campaign GAC has teamed up with her on a unique sweepstakes. One grand prize winner and a guest will be flown to Nashville for three days and two nights.
The lucky winner will also get a chance to write a love song with Katie. There will also be ten first prize winners who will receive an autographed copy of Katie’s critically acclaimed second album Believe, an autographed poster of Katie, and a $50 gift certificate courtesy of FYE stores. FYE will be featuring Katie all month as well as GAC’s Artist of the Month. The Grand Prize Winner and First Prize Winners will be selected from among all eligible entries received in a random drawing held on or about March 5, 2009, by Ritway, Inc., an independent judging organization whose decisions are final and binding in all respects.
Katie has received a lot of support from GAC and even launched an exclusive web series with them last September entitled Kapturing Katie. The successful series gave fans a behind-the-scenes look at one of country music’s brightest new stars as cameras followed her during the launch and release of her second album Believe.
